2. Lotus seeds and white fungus soup

Helps: Ease breathing and sooth the stomach; maintain youth and beauty

Prep: Soak the fungus and wolfberry in advance; Add red dates, pearl barley, lotus seeds, white fungus and wolfberry to an electric pressure cooker, splash in a moderate amount water and boil for 20 minutes.
