Sixth cultural tourism festival concludes

The Guangxi Yizhou Sixth Liu Sanjie Cultural Tourism Festival ended at Yizhou Guangxi Opera Theater on Nov 18, with six agreements signed during the one-month period worth 1.22 billion yuan ($190.9 million) in total.

The agreements covered electronics, logistics, tree planting, a sunflower park, Guangxi Languo Leisure Farm and the Great Waterwheel Scenic Spot.

The projects will develop the city's industry, tourism, farming and urban construction, and facilitate its industrial restructuring.

Government and party officials such as Secretary of Hechi Municipal Party Committee Zhou Fei and Mayor Liang Ning attended the closing ceremony and symphony concert together with representatives from all walks of life and local residents.
