The folk-custom parade of the sixth Liu Sanjie Cultural Tourism Festival was held in Yizhou, a county-level city in Hechi, Guangxi, on Oct 24.

The parade started at the local civil cultural park and progressed through the main streets of the urban area. It was composed of 38 square teams performing folk customs of straw dragon dance, Guangxi Opera, Caidiao Opera, bride escorting ritual of the Zhuang ethnic group and Liu Sanjie antiphonal singing.

The performers are inheritors and enthusiasts of traditional arts and customs and came from Hechi's villages, towns, residential communities, schools and folk literature and art groups.

The folk-custom parade enriched the content of this year's Liu Sanjie Cultural Tourism Festival and helped inherit and promote traditional folk culture.
