Hechi villages and towns embrace new employment information network

The city of Hechi in Guangxi has recently launched an employment information network platform for its villages and town areas.

The employment information system can timely and rapidly update employment information, job registration, vacant positions and employment statistics. It will establish a real-name employment database for a full information management in the employment field. The networking will also enable public employment service agencies to carry out faster and easier online businesses tasks.

The application of the employment information network will help enhance the quality and level of Hechi's public employment services. From January to August 2015, the new employment figure in Hechi's urban areas is 17,215, accounting for 85.22 percent of the annual target. The re-employment number is 3,873, more than 86 percent of the annual target.

The number of rural labor employment stands at 58,552, which is 97.5 percent of the annual targeted figures. The registered unemployment rate is only 2.78 percent, lower than the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region and the city of Hechi target.
