Hechi officials honor revolutionary martyrs

Hechi government officials visited the Donglan Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on the morning of April 2, before the traditional Chinese festival of Tomb-sweeping Day.

Present at the memorial ceremony were Hechi’s Municipal Party Secretary, Huang Shiyong; Mayor, He Xinxing; President of Hechi’s Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Liu Xianming; Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Hechi Municipal People’s Congress, Wei Zhipeng; Secretary General of Hechi Municipal Party Committee, Huang Guanghua; and Secretary General of Hechi Municipal Government, Wei Yongshan.

At 07:10, the wreath presenting ceremony started. The government officials observed a minute of silence and respectfully offered wreaths before the monument. They bowed and walked slowly around the monument to honor the great achievements of the martyrs.
