Macao Loving Care Project Foundation donates to Dahua students

The Macao Loving Care Project Foundation donated 18,000 yuan ($2,899) to 18 students in the Dahua Yao autonomous county, Hechi, Guangxi, on March 13.

The recipients of the donations were impoverished students who excel both in personal character and in leaning. Some of the students are orphans and some are in a single parent family. The donation helped to alleviate their financial difficulties in schooling.

The Macao Loving Care Project Foundation has donated 2.8 million yuan to Dahua in successive years since 2008. It has built nine teaching buildings and 16 swimming pools for schools and people in Dahua. This year, the foundation will donate another 250,000 yuan to construct an integrated teaching building for Nongyue Primary School in Gonghe village in Dahua.
