Staff members of the county's Du'an Bus Terminal were fully prepared for the large number of passengers on the morning of the 24th and 12 ticket windows were opened to help with the rush. The day's passenger flow reached its peak early at 09:00 am.

By 17:00 that afternoon, Du'an Bus Terminal had launched more than 300 buses, transporting over 13,000 passengers. Over 50 buses headed for cities in Guangdong province and 126 to the city of Nanning, capital of the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
