Hechi’s national tax income accomplishes 2.142 billion yuan in 2014

In 2014, Hechi’s national tax income reached 2.142 billion yuan ($345.4 million), with a year-on-year growth of 8.46 percent.

Although there were some adverse factors, such as the non-ferrous and saccharose industries which continued to go down, Hechi’s internal revenue bureau had taken powerful measures to increase income and reduce expenditure. It strengthened the monitoring of key tax sources, appraisal of tax payments and combating illegal invoice activities.

Hechi’s internal revenue bureau reinforced the monitoring of 64 key tax sources. By the end of November, 2014, the revenue of key tax sources had reached 1.257 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 59 million yuan. The tax payment appraisal revenue was 18.95 million yuan, 3.47 million yuan more than that in 2013. A total of 63 illegal invoice activities were investigated with a correctional tax payment of 1.99 million yuan.
