7th Guangxi Famous Agricultural Products Trade Fair ends

According to Hechi’s Agricultural Bureau, the 7th Guangxi Famous Agricultural Products Trade Fair, sponsored by the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, ended on Dec 13. Hechi’s agricultural products gained a great deal of popularity in the trade fair and gave a good performance.

The Trade Fair organized a total of 119 main large production supply enterprises inside Guangxi and 85 large-scale purchasing enterprises in and out of Guangxi. Nearly one hundred kinds of characteristic products belonging to eight categories were exhibited in the Fair, having attracted 85 purchasing agents of large-scale agricultural product wholesale markets coming from Beijing, Shanghai and other cities.

With the principle of mainly displaying highlights of agricultural industrialization and famous characteristic agricultural products, Hechi organized 27 enterprises, such as the Guangxi Danquan Wine Co and Guangxi Jialian Silk Co, as well as a specialized cooperative to participate in the Trade Fair. A total of 135 types of Hechi products were displayed in the 32 exhibition booths.

During the fair, Hechi has achieved a sales amount of 33.44 million yuan ($5.37 million) and the gross amount of signed and inclined contracts has reached 308 million yuan. The on-site transaction volume of grain and oil products was 2.2 million yuan, of fruits and vegetables 140,000 yuan, of poultry, eggs and milk 2.77 million yuan, of drinks, beverage, sauces and foods 18.56 million, of process technology and logistics servicing products it was 201,000 yuan and others came to 9.57 million yuan.
