News work in Hechi Daily wins China National People’s Congress Journalism Awards

The selection of the 24th China National People’s Congress Journalism Awards ended recently, with a total of 249 award-winning works chosen. Hechi’s news photography work of Report to Voters, evaluated by masses won the third prize. It was written by He Fugao from Bama Yao autonomous county NPC standing committee office and published in Hechi Daily on Nov 28, 2013.

The China National People’s Congress Journalism Awards is a nationwide prize sponsored by the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee and Chinese National People’s Congress System Press Association. The annual activity is aimed at promoting socialist democracy and legal system building, enhancing the news report capability of journalists and boosting the state-building of the socialism rule of law.
