Kaiyang chemical company committed to green development

In recent years, Guizhou Kaiyang Chuandong Chemical Co in Kaiyang county has been increasing the efficiency of its phosphorus resources and embarked on a green and low-carbon circular economy development path. The company was honored among Guiyang City and Guian New Area's Top 10 Private Phosphorus Chemical Industry Companies in 2022.

Established in 2012, the company focuses on the import and export of chemical products and the production and sale of potassium formate, sodium hexametaphosphate, and other products.

Throughout its history, the company has adhered to the concept of "green development" and actively explored the development of a circular economy.

Since last year, the company has invested nearly 150 million yuan ($20.51 million) in safety and environmental improvements. Efforts have been made to refine its technology, eliminate outdated equipment, and direct the company's entire product manufacturing process towards full automation.

Song Jie, general manager of the company, said that this year the company's output value target is expected to be 5-600 million yuan.

In the next five to ten years, the company plans to invest 1.5 million yuan in developing more refined potassium salt products, expanding its market share.
