On Sept 26, Kaiyang County First High School celebrated the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and held a spectacular welcome ceremony for new students. Fresh young faces with radiant smiles waved small red flags and glow sticks, filling the playground with a sense of youthful vigor.

The performances, including dances, songs, and recitations, were diverse and captivating, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience. Over a thousand students and teachers waved their national flags and sang patriotic songs like "Sing to the Motherland" and "My Motherland and Me" together.

Additionally, alumni from various places sent their greetings to their alma mater, encouraging younger students to study diligently.

The event was simultaneously livestreamed on multiple platforms, receiving over 56,000 views and more than 120,000 likes.
