Kaiyang receives 2.6b yuan in investment from Shenzhen

Kaiyang county in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed six project contracts in 2022 with Shenzhen city in South China's Guangdong province. The projects have a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan ($388.06 million).

These excellent results are thanks to the county's business promotion efforts. Kaiyang established its business promotion work team in Shenzhen on April 18, 2022.

Business promotion related to Kaiyang's phosphorus chemical, new energy materials, modern agriculture and tourism industries were key tasks of the work team.

Since then, the work team has visited over 100 enterprises and chambers of commerce in the city, and it has attracted 10 of them to visit Kaiyang in the hopes of business cooperation.
