Since the recent outbreak of COVID-19 began on Aug 31, deputies to the People's Congress at all levels from Kaiyang county in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, have been working to safeguard people's livelihoods while the county tightens virus prevention and control policies.
