Kaiyang, Agricultural Development Bank of China sign cooperation deals

The Kaiyang county government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Guizhou branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China on Sept 22.

According to the agreement, the two sides will deepen cooperation to serve national grain security, consolidate poverty alleviation, work toward "industrialization, informatization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization", and develop an ecological civilization.

The Guizhou branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China will increase support for agricultural policy finance for Kaiyang county, continuously optimize and improve the quality and efficiency of financial services, and give full play to the important role of agricultural policy finance in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and the effective connection of rural revitalization.
