Improved environment to promote real economy in Huaxi

In order to promote the development of a market economy, the Huaxi tax bureau is advancing the construction of a tax service hall featuring full-network coverage, remote assistance, and self-service, implementing and refining various tax policies, and continuously optimizing the tax business environment.

Efforts have been made in three aspects.

In a bid to reduce taxpayers' waiting time, the tax service hall has implemented a system in which the tax guidance counter distinguishes between four types of processing methods based on the actual needs of taxpayers and fee payers: "self-service processing," "counter processing," "online guidance," and "fast processing," creating a service-oriented processing environment.

In order to eliminate the need to travel far from home, the tax service hall has also established a remote assistance service area. Through the use of the tax vision service platform, the tax collection interactive platform, and video connections with taxpayers and fee payers, it provides a one-stop tax service.

Following the "one enterprise, one plan" model, the service hall provides exclusive and personalized consultations to enterprises by inquiring about their needs, understanding their situation, offering professional advice, and encouraging feedback to aid in service improvement.
