Qingyan Ancient Town ranks highly among China's 5A-level scenic spots

Qingyan Ancient Town was named among the Top 100 Brands in China's 5A-level Scenic Spots in 2020 at the Chinese Cultural Tourism Scenic Spot MBI Awards Ceremony recently held in East China's Zhejiang province.

Qingyan Ancient Town is located in Huaxi district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

In the selection, commercial property information provider Meadin monitored the media exposure, brand operations, user reviews, and online searches of 3,206 4A-level and 5A-level scenic spots and theme parks across the country over the past year.

Qingyan Ancient Town ranked 17th in the country and second in Guizhou in the ranking of 5A-level scenic spots.

As a typical example of China's ancient military city defense, Qingyan Ancient Town has a strong defense system that consists of a nearly perfect military offensive and defensive system.

In order to promote the growth of the tourism industry, the scenic spot has launched a series of themed activities, as well as a series of cultural, creative, and tourism products, and developed its nighttime economy and consumption clusters.

Huaxi district and Qingyan Ancient Town Scenic Spot Management Co have upgraded the scenic spot's tourism services to attract more tourists.

In recent years, high-standard renovation and upgrading of tourism infrastructure have been carried out, such as the signage system, visitor center, parking lot, trails, and garbage bins.
