Xinyin 1950 Discovery

Built on the site of the Guizhou Xinhua Printing Plant, which was founded in 1950, Xinyin 1950 Discovery carries over 70 years of Guiyang's industrial memories.

The renovation adopts a "street + block" three-dimensional commercial space model while preserving the original structure and architectural character as much as possible.

Xunji · Baishuihe

Once a paper mill built in 1958, the site began renovation in January 2026 and reopened on June 1. Covering 17 mu (1.13 hectares), the project has fully preserved the old mill's stone-house texture and abandoned factory structures.

Its retro industrial ambiance, combined with the crystal-clear "glass-water" river view, quickly went viral as a photo-worthy destination.

Baiyun 1958 Culture and Tourism Block

Redeveloped from the old cultural palace and the former coach station, Baiyun 1958 Culture and Tourism Block opened on June 27, 2026. The project retains the original mottled red-brick walls and the contours of the old factory buildings.

It is divided into three major zones: Yunshanfang, Baiyun Memory, and Zhanqian Market, and has introduced over 100 brands.

Centered on exquisite dining, craft beer, premium coffee, and brilliant cultural creative products, it creates a full-day consumption chain that combines "living spaces, social hubs, and nighttime economy hotspots".

Banqiao Art Village

Banqiao Art Village, formerly the Guizhou Transistor Factory in 1964-80, has been turned into an "artist colony".

Vintage red-brick workshops from the 1960s stand in striking contrast to bold, avant-garde sculptures. Transformed from an industrial site into an art venue, this is a classic example of how Guiyang has repurposed its industrial heritage.
