He Fuchu

He Fuchu, a cell biologist and geneticist, holds the military rank of major general and a first-class professional title. He is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a fellow of the World Academy of Sciences, vice-president, researcher and doctoral supervisor of the Academy of Military Sciences of the People's Liberation Army. 

He is mainly engaged in the field of molecular biology and genetic engineering of cytokines.
