Presently, the area has 17 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, along with three secondary or higher-level hospitals. Moreover, a regional comprehensive sports arena has been completed, and the "15-Minute Community Service Circle" has achieved full coverage.

The Lixian Kindergarten project is an educational endeavor that complements the Lixian Phase II resettlement housing. Spanning a total construction floor of 12,696 square meters, the project comprises three independent kindergartens, each a three-story building with an area of approximately 4,200 square meters.

Designed to accommodate 12 full-time classes, each kindergarten will have a total capacity of 360 children upon completion.

The establishment of these kindergartens augments the functionality of community facilities and provides superior public preschool education services for relocated residents.

2. Beijing Fourth Experimental School

Beijing Fourth Experimental School

The Beijing Fourth Experimental School, a pivotal construction project in Beijing, is situated in the Daxing part of the airport economic zone, specifically in the town of Yufa.

Encompassing a total floor area of approximately 89,000 square meters, with an above-ground area of about 70,200 square meters and an underground area of about 18,800 square meters, the school's functional layout primarily includes sections for primary and secondary schools, a comprehensive building, administrative building and dormitories.
