Yufa Commercial Complex

The Yufa Commercial Complex Project is located in the Daxing part of the Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone and has an area of approximately 1.21 hectares and a designed floor area of about 32,500 square meters, including an above-ground area of around 18,100 square meters and an underground area of 14,400 square meters. The project is positioned as a one-stop commercial complex, primarily for the Yufa resettlement housing area, with functions including retail businesses and a hotel.

The project is under construction, with the southern and northern buildings forming a commercial pedestrian street above ground. The southern building functions as commercial space and the northern building includes commercial space and a hospital. In order to enhance the high-quality living standards for residents, intentions to settle in have been reached with several well-known chain brands such as Yonghui Superstores Co, Wanda Cinema and Starbucks Coffee.

The Yufa Commercial Complex will become a new consumption landmark in the area, further filling the commercial gap in the southern part of Daxing. This is not only an important part of perfecting the commercial layout of the economic zone, but also a strong measure to enhance the quality of the residents’ life in the area.

The 56°Rose Garden project, situated within the Beijing Daxing International Airport’s red line, is a service center project. The project aims to establish a multifunctional "city living room", seamlessly integrating meetings, hotels, commerce and offices.

Encompassing approximately 180,000 square meters and spanning about 60 acres, the 56° Rose Garden will host headquarters offices, international conferences, dining and entertainment venues, leisure services and other facilities. It will also feature a 7,000-square-meter international exhibition center built to a five-star standard, thereby becoming a new landmark of the airport.

The park has already enticed the establishment of Lijun Hotel, Fairfield by Marriott Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, Atour S Hotel and Ji Hotel, providing nearly 800 hotel rooms of varying grades.

The planned Settlement Housing Business District in the Lixian area aims to meet the basic needs of community life, leisure and entertainment, while also considering the consumption patterns of surrounding residents as its operational objective, with a radius of influence extending up to 5 kilometers.

The district will also have a food court, a market, flagship retail stores, fashion and clothing brand outlets, and domestic and international fast-moving consumer goods stores. It will also introduce high-end international chain brands. This diverse range of offerings aims to facilitate various consumer needs such as shopping and entertainment for nearby residents.
