Constructing the Zhongguancun Special Industrial Park, the first regenerative medicine themed industrial park in Beijing. 

1. Location

The International Regenerative Medicine Industry Park is located in the core area of the International Life and Health Community in the Yufa District of the Daxing Airport Economic Zone, adjacent to the Luqiu Road entrance and exit of the Daqing-Guangzhou Highway.

With a total area of approximately 107,000 square meters, the park focuses on cell and gene therapy, with "incubation + production + application" as its core.

2. Functional Positioning

The park will fully utilize the transportation hub advantages of the Beijing Daxing International Airport, the policy advantages of the Free Trade Zone and Zhongguancun, to build an innovative resource platform with "incubation + production + application" as its core.

Once completed, it will be developed into a high-end, green, innovative, and internationally-oriented regenerative medicine industry cluster, promoting the formation of an industrial structure including pharmaceutical R&D, medical services, medical finance, supporting industries, and exhibitions, creating an environmentally friendly, biologically diverse international regenerative medicine industry cluster.

3. Project Highlights

The Regenerative Medicine Industry Park aims to gather production-oriented, professional service-oriented, and innovative regenerative medicine enterprises, creating an innovative industry cluster focusing on fields such as cell therapy, gene therapy, and tissue engineering.

4. Role

The International Regenerative Medicine Industry Park will leverage the transportation hub advantages of the Beijing Daxing International Airport, the policy advantages of the Free Trade Zone and Zhongguancun, to build an innovative resource platform with "incubation + production + application" as its core.

It will be developed into a high-end, green, innovative, and internationally-oriented regenerative medicine industry cluster, promoting the formation of an industrial structure including pharmaceutical R&D, medical services, medical finance, supporting industries, and exchange exhibitions, creating an environmentally friendly, biologically diverse international regenerative medicine industry cluster.

The project commenced on July 19, 2023, with the main structure having been topped out in April 2024, and completion anticipated in April 2025.

The project is cooperating with the Zhongguancun Medical Device Park for joint operation, and investment promotion has already begun.
