Centered around the functional positioning of Beijing's international communication hub, la Roseraie 56° aims to create a "city salon" integrating conferences, hotels, commerce, and offices. It is one of the key areas for the construction of the "2-4-6" industrial space carrier in the Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone during the 14th Five-year Plan (2021-25) period. The project started construction in March 2019 and was put into operation in November 2022.
