The biopharmaceutical incubator primarily focuses on bonded research and development as well as bonded production of biopharmaceuticals, aiming to establish an international gateway for life and health. It plays a crucial role in accelerating the landing of the life and health industry and the industrial transformation of biopharmaceutical research and development achievements, meeting the development needs of the comprehensive bonded zone in terms of "research and design" and "processing and manufacturing" industries. The project commenced construction in November 2021 and was completed in June 2023.
