1. Location 

This project is a key construction project in Beijing's international consumer center city and the first launch project in the international aviation community. It is located within the Daxing International Airport Economic Zone and the Free Trade Pilot Zone Daxing Airport area, just a 10-minute drive from the Daxing Airport terminal building.

With a total area of approximately 202,000 square meters, it consists of seven main buildings, including four commercial office buildings, a commercial service , a hotel and an investment exhibition center.

2. Functional Positioning

As an important carrier for the integrated development of the area and port, and a new gateway for international business exchange, the International Aviation Headquarters Park project will efficiently interact with the Daxing Airport, creating a "land and office" business cluster to meet the "zero time difference" office needs of business customers landing at Daxing Airport, empowering the development of innovative industries related to aviation.

It is a key construction project in Beijing's international consumer center city and the first launch project in the international aviation community, featuring high-quality office buildings, international hotels, diverse commercial facilities, and exhibition showcases.

3. Project Highlights

The park is designed according to three high standards certifications including LEED Platinum, WELL Gold, and Green Building. Three Stars, providing 800 to 20,000 square meters of international standard office space, offering a low-carbon and healthy office environment for business professionals.

• Unique "Sky Eye" creates a stunning cover for the national headquarters;

• 6-meter high-end lobby, creating a strong atmosphere for the national headquarters;

• 7-meter atrium, empowering a shared activity space suitable for all seasons;

• 4.2-meter standard floor height, achieving high-quality office space;

• Sunken plaza and rooftop garden, creating multi-level leisure and business spaces.

4. Industry Direction

The project aims to create four distinctive industrial parks:

Aerotropolis Building Technology Industrial Park. In cooperation with Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA) Science and Technology Park, it aims to create the "Three Firsts" in Daxing District: the first national university science and technology park, the first "near-zero carbon" demonstration scene, and the first architectural technology-themed smart park. Enterprises that have settled in include the BUCEA Science and Technology Park, Shanghai Baoye Beijing Headquarters Project, Hualao Group, and Yingzao Network.

Beijing Daxing District Human Resources Service Industrial Park Phase II. With Phase I being Beijing's first municipal-level human resources park, Phase II plans to apply for a national-level human resources industrial park. Phase I has attracted 60 domestic and foreign well-known human resources enterprises such as Zhongzhi, FASCO, FESCO, and Zhongrui Fangsheng, with a total tax payment of nearly 100 million yuan.

Co-building an aviation science and technology incubator with the Shenzhen UAV Industry Association to empower civil aviation science and technology innovation base.

Cross-border Data Industrial Park. Combining the advantages of the Daxing Free Trade Zone's negative list policy, it aims to create Beijing's first public service platform for cross-border data services, supporting the green channel service for data outflow for foreign-funded enterprises in Beijing. Successful cases of data outflow security assessment have been completed for companies such as Bayer, Audi, and Alibaba.
