1. Location

The International Convention and Exhibition Center project of Beijing Daxing International Airport is located in the eastern area of the Daxing Airport Economic Zone (Lixian area), north of Lixian Station.

The indoor exhibition area is not less than 400,000 square meters, to be constructed in phases, with the first phase having an indoor exhibition area of approximately 200,000 to 300,000 square meters.

2. Functional Positioning

The center is positioned as a new carrier for international exchanges, a new living room for the capital city, a new platform for the coordinated Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei development, and a new engine for service trade and digital economy.

3. Project Highlights

Based on the overall positioning of "a new carrier for international exchanges" and focusing on the cultural characteristics and industrial direction of the zone, the project aims to create the preferred destination for international business exhibitions, a futuristic new living room for international exchanges, a demonstration carrier for the coordinated development of exhibitions, commerce, industry, and residence.

By planning diverse activities, it aims to create a "never-ending exhibition" atmosphere, fostering a year-round cross-border fusion experience.

4. Progress

As of now, the project has completed global creative solicitations for the exhibition consumption functional area, urban design solicitations for the exhibition consumption functional area, and is developing simulation schemes based on the development of the exhibition center.

The project is engaging with market entities to discuss the details of development and operation modes.
