The Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone (Daxing) Management Committee encompasses the Party and Government Office, Development and Reform Department, Planning and Construction Department, Business Service Department, Finance Department, Comprehensive Approval Department, and the Free Trade Zone Office.
From 2020 to 2023, the Beijing municipal government delegated three sets of administrative powers to the airport economic zone, involving a total of 197 administrative approval items. This encompassed the transfer of administrative licensing and approval authority from 10 departments, including Development and Reform, Economic and Information, Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Transportation, Urban Management, Water Affairs, Landscaping, Ecological Environment, and Civil Air Defense.
