The JD Smart Industrial Park project is located in the Daxing part of the Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone, with a total land area of 95,076.462 square meters and a total floor area of 125,768.16 square meters.

This includes an above-ground floor area of 113,951.1 square meters and an underground construction area of 11,817.06 square meters, with a plot ratio of 1.199, a green space ratio of 10.32 percent, a building density of 64.93 percent, and a building height of 22.85 meters. The project mainly includes the construction of nine individual buildings.

According to JD's industrial planning and business development needs, the company will gradually establish an e-commerce settlement center, an aviation logistics operation center, a cross-border trade transaction center, an unbounded retail innovation center, and a high-end manufacturing center in the airport economic zone.

Additionally, JD will introduce its big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain, and other technology service sectors to create the JD Smart Airport Industrial Cluster at the airport.
