Lishui has introduced a Mid-Autumn mooncake gift box, packing the specialties of its nine counties, county-level cities, and districts into mooncakes. The product has gained popularity before the festival arrives.

The Liandu mooncake is themed on a thousand-year-old camphor tree. Its crust uses natural fruit and vegetable color powders to create green and brown tones. Its filling combines lotus seed paste and egg yolk with Chuzhou white lotus seeds for a sweet, soft taste.

Jinyun incorporates Yellow Emperor culture. Yunhe draws inspiration from terraced fields and cloud seas. Qingyuan adds shiitake mushrooms. Longquan blends wild osmanthus with honey. Jingning uses tea with She ethnic characteristics as a filling.

With nine mooncakes and nine fillings, every bite carries a unique local flavor. The gift box packaging also features the Zijin Bridge in Liandu district. Together with the customs of the nine counties, county-level cities, and districts, it outlines the profile of Lishui.
