An intelligent charging robot independently developed by the State Grid Jindong Power Supply Company in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, captured much attention at the World Young Scientist Summit from Nov 14 to 17. It was the sole achievement of the electric system on display.
The World Young Scientist Summit, held in Wenzhou, attracted nearly 800 scientists, entrepreneurs, and young scientific talent from 71 countries and regions, as well as representatives of 63 international science and technology organizations.
"This charging robot boasts high flexibility and adaptability, with intelligent functions such as one-click summoning, autonomous car hunting, online settlement, and autonomous recharging," explained He Qianxiao, the robot's developer.
The robot is capable of completely automatic charging and long-term stable operation. It can also accurately identify charging ports and promote reasonable energy allocation and conservation through intelligent scheduling of charging times.
At the exhibition, staff demonstrated the robot's functions, and visitors were allowed to personally experience the convenience brought by the integration of electricity and artificial intelligence in daily life.
