In Andi town, Wucheng district, Jinhua, Zhejiang province, over 220 mu (14.67 hectares) of Dendrobium officinale flowers have entered their peak harvest season.

Dendrobium officinale flowers, also known as the "Chinese fairy herb", bloom once a year, boasting light green petals reminiscent of lilies and emitting a delicate fragrance. Typically, these flowers bloom between May and June in Zhejiang.

Nestled in a valley downstream of the Xianyuan Lake reservoir, surrounded by mountains and lush green waters, the planting base enjoys a unique geographical location and a pristine natural ecological environment that fosters the herb's growth.

In recent years, the local government has been actively promoting the integrated development of ecological agriculture and rural vitalization. This initiative has led to the establishment of specialized and large-scale Dendrobium officinale planting bases, contributing to an increase in resident incomes.
