One hundred and eighty-two companies from Jinhua, Zhejiang province attended the 32nd East China Fair in Shanghai from March 1 to 4.
The participating enterprises exhibited products across 287 booths in categories such as kitchen and bathroom supplies, daily consumer goods, household textiles, home decorations, and gifts.
Zhejiang Lingqi Industrial and Trade Co's representative highlighted the company's success in engaging with numerous new and existing clients from around the world during the first two days of the event, resulting in prospective orders worth $300,000.
The fair also witnessed the unveiling of new products and technologies, with Zhejiang Shuangdeng Home Textile Co's smart towel standing out as a highlight.
He Zhufeng, who ran the company's booth, emphasized that the smart towel utilizes eco-sensing technology and a reconstituted composite process with extracted materials which enables textiles to self-perceive cleanliness.
Furthermore, the "Original Liquid Dyed Floor Mat" produced by Jinhua Jieling Household Products Co secured the prestigious Product Innovation Award.
The East China Fair is the largest trade fair in China focusing on the textile, garment, and light industrial products industries. This edition of the fair featured four specialized sub-exhibitions, namely the Apparel and Accessories Exhibition, Textile Fabrics Exhibition, Household Products Exhibition, and Decorations and Gifts Exhibition, along with two specialized exhibition areas for overseas and cross-border e-commerce.
