The 2023 China (Hengdian) Cultural Entertainment and Tourism Expo opened in at the Hengdian World Studios in Dongyang, a county-level city in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, on Nov 30.
The event will last for three days and is aimed at promoting the in-depth integration of the cultural entertainment and tourism industries by holding a series of activities such as exhibitions, forums, and investment promotion conferences.
The innovative products and projects showcased by various exhibitors at the expo have left a lasting impression, including theme park equipment, tourism performance products and services, cultural and tourism facilities, immersive entertainment products, cultural and tourism creative design products, and more.
Exhibitors in the fields of tourism culture, tourism transportation, tourism accommodation, tourism technology, and other cultural and tourism equipment manufacturers and suppliers, tourism service enterprises, and cultural tourism industry institutions are also participating in the exhibition, providing a diverse and enriching experience for professional buyers and other visitors.
As a renowned film and television base in China, Hengdian World Studios has in recent years been making efforts to advance the integration of culture, tourism, and leisure, creating a unique product system where people can “live, eat and play in movies" in a fully immersive, one-stop experience.
The studios have also delved into Chinese history and traditional culture and are home to more than 20 museums and exhibition halls with different cultural themes.
