Construction on the Shuanglong Talent Scientific and Technological Innovation Center in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, started on Nov 28.
Also known as the talent and industry integration zone for the innovation of information technology applications, the center will serve as a comprehensive scientific and technological innovation complex that integrates research and development, commercialization of technological achievements, and project incubation.
Zhu Chonglie, Party secretary of Jinhua, noted at the groundbreaking ceremony that the city will unwaveringly implement strategies to promote scientific innovation and talent development, including establishing a talent development system, promoting the in-depth integration of industrial chains, capital chains, and talent chains, and creating a strong atmosphere where thousands of talents are willing to take risks and make daring innovations.
The Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the city's Jindong district to promote the integration and gathering of talent in the development of the information technology application innovation and talent cluster area.
Agreements for 10 talent projects were also signed and will be established at the center, and project roadshows and related academic salons were held during the event.
