More than 10 information technology application innovation enterprises in Jinhua, Zhejiang province attended the 2023 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, which was held in Wuzhen, also located in the province, on Nov 8.
The summit will run until Nov 10.
The Jinhua booth received more than 2,000 visitors on the first day of the event.
Chen Qianwei, assistant dean of the Beihang (Jinhua) Beidou Application Research Institute (BBARI), said that he and his colleagues are dedicated to the application research of the Beidou Satellite Navigation System in the fields of smart water conservancy, smart power, and smart emergency.
Chen added that the system can carry out real-time and accurate monitoring of special structures such as dilapidated houses, bridges, and dams, and can detect and prevent danger in advance.
Yuchuang Technology (Zhejiang) Co, which is mainly focused on the research of foundational network technologies, development of core systems, and construction of public service platforms, showcased its independently-developed next-generation DNS core technology, called Maple.
The technology has been deployed in over 30 countries and regions worldwide, serving 60 new generic top-level domains.
The information technology application innovation industry is an important part of Jinhua's development of the core industrial system of the digital economy. Mobilizing companies to attend such events will provide inspiration for the future development of the industry, said a local official.
