Jinhua's tourism industry witnessed a strong recovery during the five-day May Day holiday, local authorities said.
Scenic spots across the city welcomed 3.88 million tourists during the period, a year-on-year increase of 103.27 percent, official statistic show.
Hengdian Film and Television Town in Dongyang, a county-level city in Jinhua, ranked fifth among the province's top 10 tourist destinations.
Lanxi city's Youbu Ancient Town, Wuzhou Ancient Town and the Shuanglong scenic spot were also popular among tourists.
More than 150 cultural and tourism activities such as music concerts, science fairs and intangible cultural heritage experiences were held during the holiday.
