The 5th Jinhua trail walk event was held in Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province on April 22.
A total of 10,000 trail walkers from across the country attended the event.
The event was part of efforts to welcome the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022, said local authorities.
The event also marked the 387th anniversary of Xu Xiake's tour of Jinhua Mountain. Xu (1587-1641) was a famous travel expert, geographer, and writer in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644).
The event is one of the 10 activities that celebrate Jinhua Mountain being designated a national 5A scenic spot.
