Jinhua promotes culture, tourism in Yiwu

Jinhua authorities promoted its signature cultural and tourism products at the 17th China Yiwu Cultural and Tourism Product Trade Fair in Yiwu, a county-level city in Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province, from March 31 to April 2.

The 650-square-meter Jinhua exhibition hall featured various cultural and creative products, as well as intangible cultural heritage techniques shows, including black tea making, local pastries, bamboo weaving, and embroidery.

The fair boasted 3,403 international standard booths across eight exhibition halls. More than 660 companies from 11 cities in Zhejiang province displayed 160,000 products featuring cultural and tourism products, design services, digital copyright, coffee products, as well as outdoor leisure goods.

This year's event set up zones for digital trade and Chinese fashion goods for the first time, bringing attendees a close look at new technologies like naked-eye 3D, augmented reality, as well as virtual reality.

The fair attracted 103,000 visitors and buyers, a 22.81 percent increase compared to its 2019 edition.
