Jinhua plans to improve people's livelihoods in 2023

Jinhua, Zhejiang province will continue working to improve people's livelihoods in 2023, according to the local government.

The city will focus on the development of healthcare, elderly care, transportation, urban and rural living, convenient services, education, employment, cultural tourism, social security and infant care.

The city will add 15 rehabilitation wards and build 80 new village clinics.

A new 700-bed special care ward for cognitive disorders will be established, along with 520 certified elderly care nurses. Eighty-eight intelligent service terminals will be installed at in-home elderly care service centers.

The city will build 42 kilometers of new rural roads, establish 98 new rural bus stops, and add 6,000 new parking spaces in its urban area.

It will also build 29,000 sets of guaranteed rental housing, renovate 25 old communities, provide government services in all of its 1,602 villages and communities, and establish 15 new public primary and secondary schools and 10 new kindergartens.

In addition, it will help more than 5,000 disadvantaged people find new jobs, assist more than 20,000 unemployed people with job opportunities, provide vocational training to more than 100,000 people, build three new sports parks and 392 "15-minute quality cultural living circles", and establish 70 new infant and toddler care service stations and 11 new childcare institutions capable of serving an additional 2,000 infants and toddlers.
