Zhejiang Trendy Kitchenware Co Ltd based in Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province specializes in making coffeepots. It used to be an exporter of coffeepots but is now turning its focus to the Chinese market as domestic demand for high-end consumption rises.
Founded in Jinhua in 2003, the coffeepot-maker is positioned in the high- and middle-end overseas coffeepot market. With its high-quality products, the firm has become a leading exporter of coffeepots in China.
According to Hu Dongxiao, general manager of the firm, before 2021, the company's orders were mainly from overseas and its domestic market share was relatively low.
Over the past two years, the so-called stay-at-home economy in China has risen amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and Chinese consumer demand for coffeepots has seen steady growth.
During this year's Double 11 shopping festival, the firm received many business orders, enhancing its resolve to further tap into the Chinese market. By October, Trendy Kitchenware had completed its yearly sales target.
