A business delegation from Dongyang, a county-level city of Jinhua, left for Japan to carry out economic and trade activities on Jan 8.
The delegation, sponsored by the local government of Dongyang, will participate in the investment promotion meeting held by the Zhejiang General Chamber of Commerce in Japan and visit local companies in Tokyo and the Japan-China Friendship Association in Shizuoka during the five-day trip.

Bi joined the trip with the company's latest and branded products, which were developed with new materials and new techniques in order to be more competitive in global markets.
Deng Haiyan, chairman of Zhejiang Yantao Cosmetics Co, which specializes in the production of perfume, took the trip as an opportunity to talk with overseas experts and businessmen in the industry.
Deng joined the trip with two sales managers to look for more business opportunities in Japan.
Dongyang plans to make more efforts to help local enterprises seek business opportunities overseas. Enterprises that go abroad to carry out business negotiations participate in exhibitions and engage in other trade activities will be given subsidies and rewards of up to 600,000 yuan ($88,592.83) based on the region, according to the local bureau of commerce.
