Jinhua in Zhejiang province has built a variety of festive installations in celebration of the upcoming opening ceremony of the 17th Games of Zhejiang Province, which will be held at the Jinhua Sports Center on the evening of Nov 18.
So far, the city has set up 881 three-dimensional landscapes with elements of the Games, 5,040 large-scale print advertisements, 98,730 public service advertisements such as flags and placards, and 73 special buses decorated with mascots and slogans of the Games.
This year, about 15,000 athletes from across Zhejiang are participating in the event. It will include 910 sub-categories of 34 sports, and 1,076 gold medals will be up for grabs.
