Yiwu launched the first batch of overseas service stations integrating government services and trade services in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, Prague, Czech Republic and Madrid, Spain on Sept 7.

Officials said that it was a milestone for the Yiwu municipal affairs service center in providing government services overseas and building an integrated international service system with the aid of digital reforms.

In recent years, many Chinese doing business overseas and foreign buyers have faced difficulties due to the epidemic. The Yiwu municipal affairs service center cooperated with China Commodities City Group to provide government services via the "Take you to China" service center of chinagoods.com, contributing to the development of international trade.

The Yiwu Overseas Service Station can currently handle 431 government service matters. Overseas businessmen are able to deal with cross-border business registration, work permits and more via online videos and electronic signatures. They can also follow the latest information and policies provided by Yiwu and the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone online.

People from Yiwu living overseas can also deal with affairs related to legal mediation, social insurance, medical insurance, real estate, and provident funds using the station.
