With the rise of live streaming, Pujiang grapes saw increasing online sales, which created a need for improved logistics.
Chen Qingsong, the person in charge of Pujiang County Liangsong Family Farm, said that his farm has been cooperating with SF Express for several years. With the latest technologies, his grapes can be vacuum sealed in a plastic bag, which will then be inflated in the outside and packed in a box.
According to Chen, the grapes exported to Singapore will be picked from the orchard in the early morning, and be put int cold storage for pre-cooling. After packed, the grapes will depart by air at night and arrive in Singapore the next day.
Chen was glad to see growing sales and more satisfaction from his consumers.
