Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province, will ramp up efforts to promote the development of Zhejiang province in the next five years, according to the government report made on the 15th Zhejiang Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China, which began on June 20.

Jinhua will continue to promote the construction of the Yiwu-Ningbo-Zhoushan corridor and high-quality development of the Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe freight train service, as part of efforts to help Zhejiang become a global digital trade center, develop new growth points for foreign trade such as trade in services, deepen the integration of domestic and foreign trade, and promote the high-quality development of trade.

The province will focus on the layout of high-level platforms, high-end industries, and leading projects, and build future parks. It will support Jinhua in becoming a high-level inland opening-up hub.

The province will promote the protection and utilization of historic sites such as the Shangshan site, advance the digitization of culture and build the Hengdian International Film and Television Cultural Innovation Center.
