A trade delegation from Yongkang, a county-level city of Jinhua, of 138 enterprises, took part in the 131st China Import and Export Fair, or Canton Fair, which began online on April 15 and runs for 10 days, showcasing more than 1,000 exhibits promoting local brands.
The 10-day online fair, titled "Connection between Domestic and International Dual-Circulation", has a total of 16 categories of goods ranging from consumer goods to machinery from over 25,500 domestic and international enterprises.
Local enterprises participating in the online event have made thorough preparations. Zhengyang Technology Co has set up a live broadcast team of more than 20 people to match the time of the live broadcast with the product positioning, targeted groups and time difference in different countries and regions.
One of the company's new products - lithium battery power tools - were developed according to growing inquiries from customers in Africa and Southeast Asia and are expected to help the company enter new overseas markets.
Zhejiang Safun Group has also uploaded videos and photos of their more than 40 new products on the official website of the Canton Fair and trained their hosts to introduce the products at an appropriate speed.
Yongkang, known as the "hardware city of China", is promoting its new materials, new process and new technology for hardware manufacturing to the world via the Canton Fair, according to officials from the local commerce bureau.
