The National Development and Reform Commission held a press conference on Feb 17 to describe the progress made on the construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity in Zhejiang province.
The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, China's Cabinet, jointly published guidelines in June 2021, supporting Zhejiang's leading role in building a demonstration zone as an example for promoting common prosperity nationwide.
