Yongkang, a county-level city in Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province has launched a trial for an online comprehensive service platform to promote the reform of administrative services for e-commerce, local media reported on Dec 29.

From January to November this year, Yongkang's online retail sales were valued at 86.2 billion yuan ($13.62 billion), ranking 8th in the province. Deliveries were worth 620 million yuan, up 39.9 percent year-on-year.

After the reform, items such as industrial and commercial registration, account opening and trademark registration will be able to be dealt with on the online platform, greatly optimizing the e-commerce environment.

An important carrier of the comprehensive service platform is Yunshang Yongkang Industrial Park, an online industrial park offering online services.

Without geographical restrictions, the industrial park provides supporting services such as applying for electronic business licenses, opening bank accounts and fiscal and taxation services for businesses via the internet.

In one week of testing, the platform has been visited 613 times, with 10 prospective users.

Next, the platform will officially launch online investment promotion and more than 3,000 new e-commerce market entities are expected to be added every year, according to a person in charge at the Yongkang bureau of commerce.
