JD logistics has invested a total of 10 billion yuan ($1.57 billion) in the building of an intelligent manufacturing industrial park in Jinyi new district, Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province. The project is expected to start construction in April 2022.
Industrial projects such as the Ruisheng Fresh Air System, Flyaford, and Datang Photovoltaic Power Generation have also landed in Jinyi new district.
Since last year, Jinyi new district has been striving to attract investment by setting up a professional market-oriented investment company featuring professional and comprehensive services.
For example, the risk control department of the company has established a team of experts to analyze the feasibility and demands of the project so as to conduct a risk assessment of it.
In addition, the company will provide customers with support policies and actively collect the latest information on idle lands and plants. It will also help the company with registration.
As of the end of November, Jinyi new district had signed 22 major industrial projects with over 300 million yuan in investment, and attracted six major industrial projects with over 2 billion yuan in investment. A total of 9.29 billion yuan in domestic capital has been put into the projects.
