Bendigo Kangan Institute, Jiaxing Nanyang Vocational Technical College forge ahead with collaboration

In a significant step towards collaboration in international educational, representatives from Australia's Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI), led by Katie Proy, visited Jiaxing Nanyang Vocational Technical College on May 27 to discuss the implementation of a cooperative agreement.
The meeting saw the participation of Liu Ruozhu, director of Jiaxing Nanyang Vocational Technical College's international cooperation office, among other dignitaries.
The discussions focused on mutual development through enhanced cooperation and exchanges, with Liu highlighting the college's recent achievements and strategic international goals.
Proy reciprocated with gratitude for the warm welcome and shared BKI's vision for the expansion of collaborative projects in architectural design, teacher training, and professional skill certification.
Fang Zhou, dean of the School of Shipping and Architecture, proposed initiatives for the development of highly-skilled marine machinery talent and introduced the college's smart construction specialties.
The meeting concluded with a tour of the college's training facilities, symbolizing the deepening partnership between the two institutions.
